Agentic Income is a static website. This notice says who runs it and what happens when you open a page or follow the sponsor link.

What this site is

The pages are built in advance and served as files. There is no account, no comment form, no newsletter, no game, and no advertising kit such as AdMob. The site does not run its own analytics product.

Hosting

The site is hosted as Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Cloudflare delivers the files. A request can include the IP address, the date and time, the address you asked for, the referring page, and the user agent. That is connection data Cloudflare uses to serve and protect the site. This project does not keep a separate log store and does not set a retention period of its own.

The operator is in Germany. Cloudflare may process that connection data outside the European Union. Cloudflare describes its processing at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. The basis for serving the site is the legitimate interest in operating and securing it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or marketing cookies. Search on the ledger filters the page in your browser and is not sent to this server. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed to deliver or protect the request.

Fonts

Newsreader and IBM Plex ship with the site and are served from the same Cloudflare deployment. The pages do not load fonts from a separate font host.

Sponsor payment

The sponsor page links to a Stripe Payment Link for the open slot. On this build that price is $99, then $50 more after each recorded sale. You pay on Stripe, not on this server. Card numbers are not entered here, and this static site does not receive a payment webhook. After Stripe confirms a payment, a person updates the sponsor name in the repository and rebuilds the site.

Stripe describes the data it collects at stripe.com/privacy.

Ledger

A case can name a person or a company when the cited source does. The figure is the one that source states. The basis is the legitimate interest in publishing a sourced record (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To object, emailinfo@prozess-orchester.de.

Your rights

Where the law applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For this controller, that authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, ldi.nrw.de.

Opening the site is voluntary. No contract on this site requires you to provide personal data. There is no automated decision, including profiling, of the kind Art. 22 GDPR describes.
